Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is western Pennsylvania’s largest provider of living and care options for older adults. Its continuum of care spans campuses in Oakmont, Washington, Erie and New Wilmington, and includes Presbyterian SeniorCare at Home for private-duty non-medical in-home support, as well as Longwood at Home, which provides retirement-community-like benefits to healthy adults living at home. Each year the network serves more than 6,000 seniors across ten counties, offering personalized, person-centered services as needs evolve. The organization also includes a real-estate management affiliate that operates more than 35 supportive and affordable apartment communities. A notable recent development is the opening of Mosaic Apartments, the region’s first affordable housing for LGBTQ+ seniors, in partnership with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh. In 2025 it expanded its partner network through collaborations with Persad Center and Affirmative Investments to broaden housing and service options.
