Prescott Park Arts Festival is an independent nonprofit organization within the performing arts sector. It operates an outdoor venue in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, offering high-quality live theater and music in a natural, riverside setting. The festival relies on a recommended donation model rather than fixed admissions to keep performances accessible and has a history spanning more than five decades along the Piscataqua River. The 3.5-acre site in downtown Portsmouth anchors its long-standing program of arts presentations on the waterfront.

It serves the Seacoast community and visitors seeking affordable, family-friendly cultural experiences while pursuing artistic excellence and educational programming as part of its mission. In 2025, the festival announced the lineup for its Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Movie Night Series, continuing its practice of outdoor film screenings and related community events.
