PrevMED was founded in 2005 to provide residents living in long-term care facilities with quality, convenient and affordable on-site dental care. Since then we’ve expanded our services to include audiology, optometry and podiatry care as well.

Our goal is to provide high quality on-site healthcare thus allowing the residents to receive care within the comfort of their home. In addition, we provide the long-term care facility staff with designated customer support coordinators who are dedicated to keeping the staff informed of their residents’ treatment every step of the way.

Also, PrevMED clinicians accept or are participating providers in various Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plans as well as private insurance.  Convenient fee-for-service options, for uninsured residents, are also available.
