PrimaLoft is a mid-sized textile manufacturing company based in Latham, New York, focused on high-performance, sustainable insulation solutions. The business traces its roots to a U.S. Army development that offered a water-resistant synthetic alternative to down, and it aims to deliver warmth and protection with a lower environmental footprint. The company serves a wide array of brands across outdoor, sport, lifestyle, home, fish & hunt, workwear, and footwear markets. In 2025, PrimaLoft introduced ReRun, a textile-to-textile recycling platform designed to enable recycling of insulation materials within its supply chain. The move reflects ongoing efforts to integrate sustainability into its product lifecycle and industry positioning.
