We are experts in carrying out right to manage claims on behalf of leaseholders who wish to take control of their block. We provide all management services and responsibilities, including service charge invoicing, accounting, awarding of contracts for cleaning/gardening and major works project management. We take no commission on the contracts we place or buildings insurance we arrange.
