About Us Prime Systems began in June of 1990 as it was founded by Keith R. Duncan. The company was just Keith and Delvin Read in the beginning years as Keith would sell the systems and Delvin would build them. All the systems were delivered to their respective owners by Keith, whether they were for businesses or individuals. Even today the company delivers the vast majority of the systems built. Prime Systems has seen unprecedented growth in recent years in the small and medium sized business market. The company builds and maintains computer desktops, notebook computers and networks for dozens of firms along the Wasatch Front. The firms include banks, credit unions, publishing companies, mortgage offices, dental and medical offices, law firms and manufacturing plants, police and fire departments as well as the personal systems of a lot of their employees. Service is paramount to Prime Systems success. Keith, who still helps run the company, believes that it is not enough to have a satisfied customer, but must have raving fans instead. The company opens its doors to the public at 9am each morning and closes at 6pm Monday-Friday. But technicians are available for phone tech support from 7am until 10pm Monday-Thursday. The company also opens on Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
