Princeton Lightwave produces high-performance InP-based photodetectors and laser diodes covering shortwave infrared wavelengths. Our extensive integration technologies enable solutions ranging from components to turn-key sub-systems for customers in defense, aerospace, medical, optical communications, and instrumentation markets. Key detector products include cameras for 3D LIDAR/LADAR imaging systems, 1D and 2D focal plane arrays, single photon detectors, avalanche photodiodes, and specialty p-i-n detectors.
