Priority electric Transportation, LLC.  (PET) was formed by Dennis and Lugianna Vickrey and Michael Ringstad, all former employees of ZAP.    After being downsized in early 2015, we designed an improved personal transporter that will go on and off road, go faster and farther, and stand up to continued use. 

From the beginning, we were determined to deliver high quality products and affordable prices.
And we will continue to add products that bring real value to our customers.
For all of your sales questions and dealership inquiries, Dennis has been promoting electric products for over 12 years and has exceptional knowledge in the electric scooter industry.
PET prides itself on its customer service, led by Lugianna, as one of  the best in the scooter industry.  We have an excellent parts department as well as a call in line for technical assistance, led by Sal Zamudio.
Michael is leading the charge into developing new innovative products to meet the public, private and handicapped needs.  Michael handles all administrative functions from accounting, finance and product development.
