Priority Investor Loans, LLC (PIL) is a Hard Money Lender providing short-term, private lender loans and investor rehab loans to Houston-area real estate investors. We offer up to 70% Loan to Value (LTV) of the After Repair Value (ARV) on an investment property. For example, if your ARV is $125,000, we would loan 70% or $87,500.

In Houston's competitive real estate market, it is critical that you have the ability to buy quickly. Priority Investor Loans can process your application quickly and receive preliminary loan approval within 72 hours. Once we receive the title commitment including survey, inspection, appraisal, estimated rehab cost, and flood determination, we can close within 3 business days in most cases.

- Easy Processing
Most importantly, we cut through the red tape and paperwork associated with traditional bank financing. In order to begin the approval process, we require a completed 1003 application, 3 months of bank statements and a qualified credit report. From there, we handle the rest!
