Pro-Flange manufactures and supplies several lines of flanges and fittings. 300-series austenitic stainless steel flanges and low-alloy chrom-moly flanges of all types are available from 0.5" to 24", through all pressure classes, as well as larger sizes upon request. Carbon steel SA105N/SA350LF2-1 and CSA grade flanges are available from 18" to 60" in class 150 and 300. CSA grade flanges of higher pressure classes are also available. Carbon steel grooved rings for use with mechanical couplings are made of SA105N/350LF2-1 materials, and meet or exceed current specifications. Duplex stainless steel 2205 is also available under 12". Exotic alloys such as Inconel, Incoloy, Monel, other high-Ni alloys, Ti, and the like are available to order. Bar stock fittings are always available in all mentioned grades. All our products carry CRNs and come with Pro-Flange MTRs. PMI, UT, Charpy, DP/LP, IGC, BHN, and other testing requirements are always available upon request, and we are approved on all major end-user and EPC AMLs.
