We are the organization focused on support of the outsourcing and modern business services industry. We take care of the good image of the industry, prepare Focus On reports and organize business events in the cycle of Talks&Drinks as well as Follow the Leaders. 

On daily basis we analyze the industry trends and educate the market via our media - FOCUS ON Business and BSSIndex.com 

Our goal is to support BSS companies and other institutions who co-operate with BPO and SSC organizations in the area of communication, promotion, best practises, education, sharing experience, as well as sales, employer brandingu and networking.

We are the Partner of the most important global BSS industry organizations, including IAOP, GSA, Deutscher Outsourcing Verband. As the only Polish industry organization we are the founding member of Emerging-Europe Alliance and European Outsourcing Council. 

On daily basis we run the Pro Progressio Club, whose members are supported on various layers based on CASPEN model - Consulting, Advisory, Support, Promotion, Education, Networking - six key activities and processes within the BSS industry.
