Our involvement with Community Associations Institute (CAI) has played a significant role in our career success. CAI is recognized as the leader in the industry and has grown into an international organization over the last ten years. Their education programs for managers and Board Members alike are exceptional. Our managers have earned their designations through CAI and stay current by taking advantage of the many different continuing education classes and seminars they offer. We highly recommend Board Members attend their Community Leadership Training Program which is free to members and a nominal charge to non-members.
