Procareer Academy uses government & employer funding to train and place workers in entry level jobs. We are especially proud of creating career opportunities for women and minorities who are severely under-represented. In 2021 alone, we trained and placed over 300 students into long term careers.

Since 2003, Procareer Academy has been leveraging available Government and Employer funding to train and place individuals in high paying careers for free. We began in 2003 by utilizing State of California’s workforce development funding to train and place IT workers. Since 2020, we have further expanded by using US Department of Labor’s WIOA funding to train and place workers in entry level jobs in Technology and Healthcare industries. We are passionate about preparing students with the skills to obtain employment and pursue successful careers in these industries. We are especially proud of helping under-represented groups (women and persons of color) gain a foothold in these high growth industries.

We provide our students with a strong foundation necessary to start their Healthcare and Technology careers via our innovative online curriculum which includes group activities and hands-on skills practice and demonstration. Our courses are designed to teach the in-demand industry skills to make our students productive from day one. Our dedicated instructors combine the subject matter with real life experience to prepare students for successful careers. We challenge our students and prepare them to pass the courses, ace the interviews and get hired.
