Established in 1978, PEBL has a long history of providing professional HVAC consulting services.  Although based in San Antonio, we provide services all over Texas and have the resources to extend our services to the entire United States.

Every year, HVAC design becomes more and more complex.  Today’s designs fully embrace the emerging technologies in digital controls, refrigerant compositions and equipment design, and provide solutions to increasing standards for indoor air quality and comfort expectations.
 
With these technologies comes the ability to design and install systems that are far more efficient and functional than systems of even a few years ago.
 
Also with these technologies comes the need to ensure the systems are fully functional and operational.  Without qualified and experienced professionals to verify correct interaction and operation of the components, sub-systems, and controls, installation and operational deficiencies will result.
