Professional Self Storage Management LLC was incorporated in October of 2003 in the State of Arizona. The Company is a single member LLC and owned 100% by Melvin Holsinger, resident of Tucson, Arizona. Since January of 2004, the company has now grown to over 40 facilities under its management umbrella and is now operating in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, California, New Mexico and Wyoming. Currently the company has approximately 20,350 rental spaces with just over 2,460,000 square feet under its direction. The company has a senior staff consisting of a Director of Operations (Korey Hanson) along with an Office Manager, four Area Managers and five office support staff to facilitate the overall management functions. Professional Self Storage has approximately 110 employees operating the facilities on a daily basis. The company philosophy is simple yet effective. Professional Self Storage Management, LLC has a structure where in the senior and top level staff have a goal in providing the on-site management teams with the tools that they need in order to effectively rent units to the public consumer, they are continuously challenged by setting high operational and sales goals, and they are not only encouraged but required to attend and promote educational seminars, courses and classes on a regular basis. Our mission is to maximize revenues and be good stewards of the client's funds for expenses. An annual budget is put together using information and feedback from the on-site managers upwards. The budget is used as a tool to set goals and throughout the fiscal year, the budget to actual results are evaluated and adjusted to help achieve those goals. The attention to the smallest details of operating a self-storage facility are looked at and dealt with.
