Profitable Good Group (PGG) was founded in 2015 to assist CEOs in identifying & leveraging a profitable Shared Values strategy while crafting sustainable models for revenue growth & powerful social impact.

PGG seeks to align the financial and social aspirations of our clients and their stakeholders to powerfully impact local communities, corporate culture, and ultimately the bottom line.

What we do:

1) Lead internal conversations to evaluate the evolution of a client’s mission statement into a purpose-driven statement.

2) Analyze current corporate philanthropic commitments and programming; as well as presenting conclusions and recommendations to clients regarding ROI to their community, brand and business.

3) Measure and identify short and long-term impact on communities and business growth.

4) Build mutually agreed upon metrics of Shared Values and Strategy for clients to incrementally evaluate and validate true impact on the business, brand, employees and communities.

5) Work with sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies to positively impact revenue and profit goals to create authentic, and transparent competitive advantages.

6) Create awareness programs, both internally and externally, to define social impact messages and validate stakeholder alignments.

7) Create and recommend strategy and/or programs to enroll key stakeholders (i.e. employees, vendors, strategic partners)

8) Optimize integration within the current customer base by linking client’s business purpose with that of its key stakeholders.
