Project REAP, a nonprofit organization, was launched in Washington in 1997, expanding to Atlanta in 2001, New York City in 2006, Chicago in 2009, Los Angeles in 2011, Cleveland in 2012, Dallas/Fort-Worth and Columbus in 2014, Kansas City in 2017, and Boston in 2024. Our national network now includes more than 2,000 alumni working at leading firms across the commercial real estate industry. Through the REAP Academy and Alumni Fellows programs, we provide comprehensive education, mentorship, and industry connections that prepare professionals for leadership roles in development, finance, asset management, brokerage, and investment.
