Project Transformation North Texas is a nonprofit organization founded in 1998 and based in Dallas, Texas. It operates in the education administration space and pursues two core services: leadership training and ministry exploration for college-aged young adults, and a program model that delivers academic, health, spiritual, and recreational activities for children, youth, and teens in the North Texas region. These programs are delivered primarily by young adults through afterschool and summer settings, enabling hands-on service and community engagement. The organization runs ten site locations in diverse North Texas communities, including Oak Cliff, Pleasant Grove, east Dallas, northwest Dallas, Farmers Branch, and a rural area in Denison. It serves about 1,000 children and youth in grades 1 through 9, with a parallel leadership track for high school students in grades 10 through 12 at ten summer sites and seven afterschool sites. Over its 18-year history, Project Transformation has prepared more than 1,000 young adults for future leadership and has reached more than 8,000 children and youth, while contributing to the revitalization of underutilized neighborhood spaces.
