Project VOYCE is a grassroots youth advocacy organization based in Denver, Colorado, that trains, employs, and organizes underrepresented youth to address the root causes of inequity. The organization operates programs across summer, in-school, and after-school formats, incorporating elements such as employment, social-emotional development, leadership development, social justice, action research, youth-adult partnerships, and advocacy training to support youth-led social change. Its services are focused on youth of color and youth living in poverty, reserving a substantial portion of program spots for those populations and aiming to empower approximately 100-150 participants per year who collectively contribute to long-term community leadership and equity efforts.
