All of our 14 locations are linked via our integrated network that allows clients, medical directors, and corporate nursing staff access to review laboratory results, customized reports, infection control reports, and past/current/future lab orders. Pending orders can be viewed and tracked to ensure facility compliance with physician orders. Access is secure and privileges are defined by the corporation or their facilities. This data can be printed, emailed, or faxed by the user. Along with our commitment to investing in technology, we are also committed to providing the highest level of customer service and support to our clients. Each facility we service is assigned a dedicated account manager who is available 24/7 to meet your needs. Our 800 number is also answered 24/7 by an actual ProLab employee who can support client needs immediately via phone.
