Services Proppant Sourcing: ● Sand mine selection and optimization (traditional and in-basin mines) ● Proppant contract negotiation ● Spot market purchasing ● Rail freight management and oversight ● Sand forecasting, scheduling and reconciliation Last Mile Services: ● Rail transload or local mine loadout management ● DOT-licensed frac sand hauling ● Pre-job planning of optimal delivery routes and pad throughput configuration ● Technology-enabled, 24/7 dispatch ‘Control Tower’ Wellsite Services: ● Onsite material management including scheduling, ordering and inventory management ● Wellsite proppant equipment operation such as forklifts and conveyor belts to facilitate frac sand delivery into the blender ● Execution of all onsite trucking movements to support consistent delivery of proppant while avoiding demurrage ● Coordination with proppant provider and company engineers to ensure seamless job execution
