ProovStation is a Lyon-based DeepTech start-up that uses computer vision to automate and standardize automotive inspections. Since 2017, it has aimed to reduce the total cost of vehicle inspection and enhance process efficiency by automating repair-cost estimation for customers and service staff. Its system performs a 360-degree vehicle scan in about three seconds and analyzes damages at millimeter scale, with artificial intelligence detecting, measuring, and locating them and producing a time-stamped, geolocated, secured report. Customers gain access to a suite of SaaS tools for automatic reconditioning quotes, resale pricing, check-in/check-out, vehicle identification, and photo workflows. The company operates across 13 European countries and is based in Lyon, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region; in April 2026, Atermes announced the acquisition of ProovStation, Inc.
