Proper Group International is a mid-sized motor vehicle manufacturing company based in Warren, Michigan. It offers end-to-end support for automotive component production, from rapid prototyping to production-scale injection molding and precision machining. Its Proper Tooling division designs and engineers plastic injection molds for exterior lighting, air induction systems, exterior ornamentation, and interior cockpit assemblies, while the Design Lab acts as a think tank to develop and implement new approaches, such as thin-wall molding. This combination positions the company to serve the transportation industry's molding and component-manufacturing needs with integrated capabilities.

Proper Polymers manufactures injection-molded plastic subcomponents for fascias and interior trim, and offers high-die-change and material-change management, along with sub-assembly, modular-build options, and finishing such as painting. The group emphasizes flexibility in its manufacturing practice to accommodate varying production requirements. In December 2022, Proper Group International sold a manufacturing facility in Pulaski, Tennessee to LUXIT Group.
