Proper is a full-service association management company with properties located throughout the DFW area.  We work with a proactive approach, the overall goal being superior appearance and maintenance, while working within the guidelines of the association budget.  We also believe that a successful community can only exist if the owners are content and proud of their surroundings and the investment they have made in their property.

Our current communities range from new developments to mature and converted complexes and both multi-family as well as single family communities.  The administrative and management services we provide at the association level are all inclusive, as follows:
-All owner communication and welcoming
-Management of legal files and association requirements 
-Accounts Receivable
-Accounts Payable
-Contract negotiation and management
-All aspects of common area maintenance scheduled and on demand
-Common area capital improvement management
-Resident communications including private website if desired
-Annual budgeting 
-Monthly operating reporting to the Board
-Quarterly Board meetings (scheduled as the Board dictates)
-Management of all HOA meetings
-Leasing
