The investment side exists for people who get it but don't have time to do it themselves. We partner directly with major developers to secure off-market properties at an average 8% discount. Last year we arranged over £100m in acquisitions for clients – typically doctors, business owners and professionals building portfolios for retirement or family wealth. 

We handle sourcing, negotiation, legals and handover. You make the decisions and own the properties.
