PSI Capital Management is an independent fee-only Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm serving clients all across the United States and Puerto Rico.  We have locations in Lancaster, Hanover, Harrisburg and Hershey, PA.  As a fiduciary, we are required to act and serve in our client’s best interest.

In 1994, Steve Mitchell established Planning Strategies Inc. (Now PSI Capital Management) as an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm with the philosophical belief that in order to be giving investment advice, he needed to be an independent investment advisor, instead of a sales person.  At the time, the broker dealer Steve was a part of did not have an investment advisory registration.

In 2001, Lori Fernandez and Scott Smith joined Steve as partners of Planning Strategies Inc. to create a unified team.  With many years of industry experience preceding them in the insurance, banking and wire house environments, Planning Strategies, Inc. had a clear mission to form a firm where they could offer advice in a way that ultimately put the client and his/her best interest first.  Over the years, Steve, Scott and Lori grew the firm and added support team.   Lori retired at the end of 2011 and another advisor, Vanessa Zook, was added in 2017.

PSI Capital Management is in the final stages of a merger with Pilot Capital Management, another independent Registered Investment Advisor firm with offices in Hanover and Harrisburg, PA.
