PSP Swiss Property is a leading Swiss real estate company. The company owns properties in all main economic areas of Switzerland. Annual rental income amounts over 350 million Swiss francs. Around 120 employees based in Zurich, Geneva, Basel and Zug (holding location) are running the business. The growth is impressive: starting with a portfolio of 1 billion in 1999, now the portfolio value is around 10 billion Swiss francs. This success is based on a clear strategy: focus on prime properties located top locations, allowing for economic upside in the long-term.
