PT Transportasi Gas Indonesia (TGI) is a Jakarta-based oil and gas company established in 2002 as a limited liability international joint venture with PMA status. Its ownership is split among PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) at 59.87%, Transasia Pipeline Company Pvt. Ltd. at 40%, and Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pegawai PGN (YAKAGA) at 0.13%. The company owns and operates 1.006 kilometers of gas pipelines linking Grissik to Duri and Grissik to Singapore, with a delivery capacity of 835 MMSCFD used to serve domestic end-users in Sumatera and international end-users in Singapore under long-term transportation agreements. Positioning itself as a gas transportation and logistics provider within Indonesia's oil and gas sector, TGI focuses on maintaining and operating critical pipeline infrastructure rather than gas production. In May 2025, TGI won two awards at the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards.
