I am YOUR GUY. Regardless of your need, I can help -- from initial construction of the project scope, record measurement and take-offs -- to preparing written proposals, planning meetings, coordinating scheduling, managing the project, and ensuring all punch work is completed satisfactory. You will work with me from first contact to final payment on any project you have. I service my clients with dependable and constant communication and consider myself the liaison between the client and the crew. Ensuring the project is performed as bid and as promised is my goal. I always perform early site visits to preview conditions, ensure every project is started with a pre-construction meeting, and work to set expectations for both the crew and the client. If needed, I am then able to quickly address any issues that arise during the project.

My services are not limited to field work. I can work as a consultant on any pavement issue. I can assist management companies or boards with training, analysis of pavement needs, writing a Request for Proposal, analysis of received proposals, oversight or management of another contractor's work and more. This work can be billed by the hour or I will be happy to provide project pricing if preferred.
