Post-merger opportunity Puchlik Design Associates has merged into HED as of 2020, indicating a potential opportunity to align with HED’s broader platform, capabilities, and client base in architecture and planning.

Small firm, high leverage With a small team (2-10 employees) and revenue in the low millions, there is potential to offer scalable services, onboarding support, and process automation to help integrate PDA into larger workflows.

Technology footprint PDA’s tech stack includes Drupal, Nginx, jQuery UI, and various web-related tools, suggesting opportunities for web modernization, CMS optimization, performance enhancements, and security hardening across the merged entity.

Strategic audience As part of HED, there is access to a broad architectural and planning client base; sales efforts can focus on expanding digital design workflows, BIM/coordination support, and sustainable design initiatives to drive expanded project scopes.

Growth readiness Revenue range signals growth potential; marketing and brand consolidation services, CRM enhancement, and competitive differentiation can help attract larger projects and cross-sell within the HED ecosystem.
