Pulse Music was founded in 2004. As an artist-owned-and-operated music production house with offices in NYC and South Africa, Pulse is focused on creating vibrant, effective original and licensed music for projects in the advertising, film, and video game industries. Their team of in-house & on-call composers are artists in their own right, who bring a diversity of musical training to every project. Relationships with independent record producers ensure that projects remain on the cutting edge of trends in the music industry. With a vetted roster of composers and independent artists, they can generate an expanded selection of specialty tracks by trusted musicians. Facilitated by a new custom build studio in Chelsea, featuring a large live room, A-room with an API console, and 5 composer suites, conceptualized by the renowned studio design and acoustic consultant Wes Lachot, Pulse is expanding their offerings to include Final Mix, VO recording, and radio production capabilities. The composers at Pulse have worked with agencies in the U.S. and South Africa including Ogilvy, BBDO, Grey, and Publicis, brands including IBM, Google, M&M's, Coke, and Louis Vuitton, and have won awards and accolades for their music in films such as The OA, The Discovery, Amanda Knox, The Wolfpack, The Gift, The One I Love, Enemy, and Martha Marcy May Marlene. They recently scored their first video game, Ubisoft’s much anticipated For Honor.
