Purgatory Golf Club is a resort quality, public golf course in Noblesville Indiana, 20 minutes northeast of Indianapolis. It is long at 7754 from the tips, and will challenge you in a classic risk reward design. You will also get the opportunity to avoid over 100 bunkers, and fairways surrounded by tall grass. You’ll find six tees on each hole, so an experienced high handicap player can feel at home. You never go more than four holes without passing a bathroom because there are three out on the course. The architecture is in the links style with tall grass, rolling hills, and few trees. The course has won numerous awards including Golf Digest’s Top 100 Courses, and Golf For Women Top 50 Courses.
