PARC is one of 55 chapters of NYSARC, Inc. (formally New York State Association for Retarded Children, Inc.), and is at the forefront in providing advocacy and programming for children and adults with developmental disabilities within the geographic region of Putnam County along with Northern Westchester and Southern Dutchess counties.

Our competent and dedicated board members and staff are committed to working in partnership with children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families in providing advocacy and comprehensive person centered services of the highest quality. We continually strive to promote and enhance opportunities for those individuals we support as valued members of our community.

Our aim is to continue to fully integrate the children & adults we serve to into the mainstream of community life.
