For 35 years PWP Landscape Architecture has developed a tradition of design practice that responds to and influences its environment. We have been fortunate to deliver projects in some of the world’s most politically and physically complex environments fortifying us to advocate for design that performs and respects the land and cultures where we work. We believe that humans are an inseparable part of landscape ecologies. We work diligently to balance constructed and natural systems and are passionate about finding beauty in both. Our constructions initiate relationships between site systems – social, economic, and ecological – that are unique to each place. Our designs tailor the performance of landscapes to the programmatic needs of each project and the realistic budgets of each client. Ultimately, our proposals allow for straightforward and seemingly simple construction of landscapes that link the natural world and the human environment.
