David Disiere founded QEO in January 2013. As CEO, he brings more than 40 years of experience in the commercial auto insurance business. David has reassembled the Executive Team that helped him build one of the nation's largest and most reputable Managing General Agents (MGA’s) that wrote more than $1 Billion in Commercial Auto Premiums. Under David’s leadership, QEO continues to capitalize on proven industry models and experience in Underwriting, Claims Management, and Loss Prevention.
