Quakers in Britain operates as the Britain Yearly Meeting charity, which supports Quakers across Britain and engages publicly to promote peace, justice, equality, and sustainability. It provides governance support to local Quaker meetings and seeks to strengthen links with other churches and faiths; the organization is based in London with a mid-sized staff. 

The charity works to raise public understanding of Quakers and their concerns, and it acts on these issues at home and abroad. It collaborates with peacebuilders in East Africa, South Asia, Palestine and Israel, and offers workshops, courses and resources to enable grassroots nonviolent social change. In 2025, the Quaker Tapestry Museum was named a small Visitor Attraction of the Year in Cumbria.
