Quality Buildings LLC is a construction firm focused on mass timber and prefabricated framing, offering a single-source approach that covers design, supply, and installation. It backs this delivery with in-house structural engineering, integrated prefabrication, and field teams trained in lean construction, aiming to reduce handoffs and coordinate every connection and shipment before work begins on site. This integrated model emphasizes predictability and constructability for mass timber projects, seeking to shorten schedules and stabilize costs relative to traditional subcontracting. The company’s objective is to simplify complex industrialized construction through coordinated, end-to-end delivery.

Headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the firm serves developers, architects, and general contractors along the East Coast and beyond, operating as a small-to-mid-sized organization. Since its founding in 2008, Quality Buildings has pursued a mission of delivering certainty by streamlining the design-to-install process. A notable recent development is a 2024 partnership with Wohlsen Construction Company to undertake a mass timber project intended to rejuvenate a state police academy for the commonwealth.
