Quality Community Health Care, (QCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with five locations in the North Philadelphia area. QCHC offers the highest level of preventive and comprehensive primary health and dental care services to residents of North Philadelphia and the surrounding community for more than 30 years. 

Quality Community Health Care, Inc. was founded in 1980 under the name of 2501 Primary Health Care Center, Inc. by a group of African American residents concerned about the lack of affordable and accessible primary care services in North Philadelphia. 

QCHC hours of operation are 7:00am – 8:00pm for most sites, which offers outpatients the opportunity to schedule evening visits to maximize their families health care needs. We also provide 24-hour telephone emergency service to an on-call provider after hours. All of our medical services are provided under the direct leadership of the Chief Clinical Officer.
