QDH is the new home leader in the LC Valley with over 100 plans to choose from. Choose one of our plans, or bring your own. All plans can be modified or customized to your specifications! Most of our homes are ready for delivery in 70 days or less. All of our new homes come with a builders warranty, and the support of one of the areas largest builders whose #1 priority is customer satisfaction. We are very deliberate about what we do and how we do it. We have created a documented process to make your new home experience as seamless as possible. The first step is determining your wants and needs. From there, we explore floor plans, lots, and pricing to fit your particular situation. Next we work cooperatively with your real estate professional to draft the purchase agreement and down payment terms. (We can discuss options if you are not represented by an agent, but believe a licensed agent is in your best interest.) Once all the paperwork is in place, you are tasked with making choices about the house. We have several options depending on your desired level of involvement. Standard choices include, colors, appliances, and electrical fixtures. We provide the opportunity to fully customize the outcome.
