QMSI will improve quality and performance of our customer’s production operations utilizing superior engineering and software development skills. Our other products include Q-SIM™ and Q-Watch. Q-SIM™ simulation-software service evaluates designs and predicts throughput and ROI, which in turn allows the customer to adjust plans before making expenditures. Q-SIM™ also provides simulations of existing processes to shine a light on bottlenecks and reveal ways to maximize production. Q-Watch has been designed to provide a carefully crafted window into the performance of each area of the pharmacy. It accomplishes this by graphing current and historical output against configured standards and production OEE requirements. QMSI maintains all of the skills to do machine design/development, sophisticated control systems, and high level software development under one roof.
