Quantum Radiology provides diagnostic imaging services and radiology interpretation, delivering around-the-clock coverage for the WellStar Health System and interpreting more than 1.6 million exams each year across six hospital locations and more than 80 outpatient centers, including stroke and trauma centers. It is the largest private practice radiology group in Georgia, supported by over 80 sub-specialized radiologists. 

The company operates multiple divisions, including Q3D, a centralized 3D lab that offers post-processing and workflow support for advanced CT exams, and a mobile breast center that provides 3D breast screening and radiologist interpretation at workplaces. Quantum Radiology traces its origins to a 1995 alliance between Cobb Radiology Associates (founded 1969) and Radiology Associates of Marietta (founded 1951), forming the current practice based in Marietta, Georgia. In April 2026, leadership changed as Dr. Bergey departed from the role of President and CEO.
