Quince Restaurant operates in San Francisco’s Jackson Square neighborhood, housed in a historic brick-and-timber building dating to 1907. The dining concept centers on Italian- and French-inspired tasting menus that celebrate the seasonal bounty of Northern California, delivered in a mid-sized, chef-driven setting. The venue aims to provide a curated, immersive experience within a formal dining environment. Its guest base comprises diners seeking refined, ingredient-driven experiences within the city’s upscale dining scene, and it positions itself in the restaurant industry as a destination for seasonal, regionally inspired cuisine served in a historic setting. In 2026, Michael Tusk, the restaurant’s chef, was recognized with the James Beard Award for Outstanding Chef.
