Quint Gallery is a San Diego-based contemporary art venue founded in 1981 by Mark Quint. Over its history, the gallery has organized more than 250 exhibitions and operated ten spaces across the city, including Mission Hills, Miramar, Downtown, and La Jolla. In 2011 it relocated to La Jolla, occupying a 3,000-square-foot interior that was renovated with input from international artists Robert Irwin and Roy McMakin, and its façade features a sculpture by Roman de Salvo. The gallery presents contemporary art by emerging, mid-career, and established artists, maintaining a program that connects local audiences with international practices in Southern California. Its exhibition history includes figures such as Mel Bochner, Julian Opie, Robert Irwin, Sol Lewitt, Liza Lou, and others, illustrating a breadth of influential contemporary work. In February 2023 Quint Gallery announced Cosmic Symmetries, a new exhibition featuring paintings by Kelsey Brookes.
