R & D Consulting was founded in 1991 by David Sands who has been in the recruiting / staffing services industry since 1986.  A short time after graduation in 1984 with a degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, David started to work for one of the pioneers in the staffing industry and decided in 1991 with a loyal and distinguished clientele to open R & D Consulting. With offices in New York City as well as Northern, N.J. no company is to small or to large for us to service, from entry to management level positions.  Our extensively  growing database of candidates is constantly is being built by a steady stream of candidates by referrals from clients / other candidates, advertisements ( Help Wanted ),  direct recruiting, or by our staff who are constantly searching on all the major job boards to find that special candidate.
