Radiation Detection Technologies, Inc. (RDT) was founded in 2011 out of the Kansas State University (KSU) Semiconductor Materials and Radiological Technologies (SMART) Lab located in Manhattan, Kansas. Our company focuses on manufacturing high-quality semiconductor devices, semiconductor materials, radiation detectors, and electronic circuit technologies for use in multiple industries including healthcare, defense, energy, and agriculture. Our expansive resources and expertise also allow us to provide customized semiconductor foundry services to our customers. RDT develops and manufactures state-of-the-art semiconductor and radiation detector devices that incorporate innovative semiconductor technologies, allowing our customers to reduce their SWAP-C while increasing performance.  Presently, new technologies for semiconductor devices are being developed, creating potential new opportunities for electronic devices.  RDT is positioning itself to participate in this new wave of innovative and replacement semiconductor and radiation detection technologies for new applications in the current and future marketplace.
