Since our formation in 2013, our portfolio has consisted of 14 properties with approximately 4,500 units in 8 markets in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Texas.

Our partners, each with over 25+ years’ experience, have held prominent executive level positions in the multifamily industry, including leading Fannie Mae's multifamily division.  We have completed over $215 billion in transactions and have extensive experience growing multifamily portfolios while working together for two decades. With nearly a century of collective experience, our management team brings unparalleled expertise as investors and fiduciaries, in addition to offering a unique national perspective to identifying and creating value across the spectrum of multifamily assets.
