Rainbow Research Inc., is a not-for-profit organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Founded in 1974, our mission is to improve the effectiveness of socially concerned organizations through capacity building, research, assessment, and evaluation.

We understand that there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all in a world of diverse cultures. Four decades of experience in designing studies and working with communities ranging from street-smart urban youth to recent immigrants to corporate executives ensures that participants are always treated with respect and that questions and solutions work as intended.
