Rainoil Limited is an integrated energy company operating in Nigeria's oil and gas sector, with a downstream focus on storage, haulage and distribution, and retailing. It supplies petrol, diesel, LPG, kerosene, and lubricants and serves a broad customer base through more than 200 retail outlets in major cities. Based in Lekki, Lagos, the wholly indigenous firm was incorporated in 1994 and began operations as a petroleum products marketer in 1997, with substantial storage capacity across three 50 million litre depots and a significant logistics fleet supported by marine capacity. Rainoil conducts end-to-end downstream activities, moving products from storage to retail outlets and customers across the country through its depots, trucking fleet, and shipping capability. In 2020, the company expanded its product range with the launch of a Liquified Petroleum Gas facility at its Ijegun site, illustrating its ongoing development within the Nigerian downstream market.
