Ranch Ehrlo Society is a non-profit organization delivering services in the field of individual and family services, based in Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan. Founded in 1966 by Dr. Geoff Pawson, it began as a single home for six boys with complex needs and has since grown into a multi-service agency offering accredited mental health and developmental services across southern Saskatchewan and in and around Saskatoon and Prince Albert. The organization provides a broad range of programs, including assessment and psychotherapy for the broader community, family treatment and reunification, early learning, counselling, emergency receiving, specialized foster care, affordable housing, and group care and education for children and youth with mental health, behavioral, and addictions needs, along with group care and vocational services for older adolescents and adults with pervasive developmental disorders, and community recreation and sports programs for at-risk youth. The organization serves individuals and families with participants referred from across the country. In 2018, Ranch Ehrlo launched Art from the Heart, an annual calendar featuring artwork created by youth involved with the program.
