Rand Property Management was founded in 2013 with the goal of providing safe, modern and affordable rental homes to residents throughout Tennessee. Rand has now expanded to areas in Kentucky and owns and manages over 1,500 units across both states. We are true owner/operators which can be rare in the multi-family industry.
